 HR Business Partner/Talent Development Consultant North America

Location:  Flexible Work Location on the East Coast US

 

Come help us develop talent with the DSM organization and support our employees in their professional development.  This new position is a hybrid role, where you will serve as HR Business Partner and a Talent Management consultant, lending your expertise in both spaces.

 

You’ll be responsible to:

  • Flex, wearing “two hats”, splitting your time:
    • As the HR Business Partner where you will work with the business as it relates to coaching on the employee experience and moments that matter, implementing key initiatives/projects in support of driving culture, engagement, learning and development of our colleagues.
    • As the Talent Management/Development consultant, you will proactively connect and lend your expertise and consultation in the areas of Talent Management/Development to the business as well as functional stakeholders.  Play a coaching role to the HR function on matters related to Talent management and development
  • Lead strategic workforce planning projects and coach others on workforce planning
  • Demand and resource plan for implementation of key projects/initiatives

 

This position has a flexible work location on the East Coast.  Ideal location for this position is in New Jersey.

What we like to see in your experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in HR, including experience as a business partner and a specialization in a Talent Management discipline/function
  • Experience managing a team
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning and ability to coach others on workforce effectiveness project
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and ownership with a true desire and drive to learn new things, takes up new challenges with ease and a proactive in way of working
  • Business acumen and strong influencing skills across complex matrix structures
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for HR/ Organizational development
