PSC Specialist-contractor

• Execute purchasing transactions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and year-orders.
• Handle requisition/shopping cart and purchase order processing, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs.Maintain and update vendor master data.
• Support internal and external customers by resolving purchase order and invoice queries.
• Escalate and report issues as needed to ensure process efficiency.
• Initiate and contribute to process improvements within the team.Ensure compliance with company policies, best practices, and legal requirements.

• Higher or medium educational graduate level
• Experience in P2P processes (purchasing and/or accounts payable, minimum 2 years)
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written); additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Chinese are an advantage
• Strong knowledge of purchasing and supply chain processes and systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
• Excellent communication and social skills.High attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer service-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment
