As an Order-Delivery Management Specialist MRS in our Human Nutrition & Care (HNC) business, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and supporting innovation across the EMEA region
Your key responsibilities
- Manage daily customer orders – from entry to delivery – ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery (OTD)
- Act as the point of contact for order-related questions and coordinate with logistics, planning, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Monitor order status, proactively follow up on delays, and keep stakeholders informed
- Support new product launches by checking order and delivery feasibility in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ensure operational readiness for daily business by working with master data and IT teams to confirm SAP codes, system setups, and new flows are properly in place and tested
- Contribute to process improvements by suggesting and helping implement simpler, more efficient ways of working

You Bring
- A Master’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related field
- Experience in order management, supply chain, or operations (1–2 years minimum)
- Hands-on experience with SAP (order entry, supply chain, or production planning modules)
- Good understanding of supply chain basics: procurement, inventory, and delivery processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
