Join our team as an Operator Warehouse and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly! You’ll be responsible for handling raw materials, packaging, and finished goods with precision, ensuring accurate stock management and safe, timely deliveries to our customers. Your key responsibilities

  • Manage loading and unloading of raw materials, finished goods, and containers, ensuring accurate labeling and proper storage.
  • Perform forklift maintenance when necessary and comply with hygiene, safety, environmental, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  • Complete operational documentation, collect samples for quality control, and maintain compliance with quality and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate inventory and dispatch processes, including daily reconciliation and effective scheduling.
  • Communicate with field units regarding orders, track and update data in SAP, and provide timely reports to management.
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations, uphold company values, and support a safe and inclusive work environment.

You bring

  • Education & Certification: Grade 12 and a valid forklift driving license.
  • Familiarity with GMP, FSSC 22000, food safety, and international standards (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
  • Ability to perform task-based risk assessments and understand emergency plans.
  • Experience with material handling, data analysis, and working with electronic systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong logical reasoning, creative thinking, and ability to manage unexpected changes effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and planning abilities.
