MAIN PURPOSE: |
Involves coordinating the movement of goods and products within the warehouse and ensuring timely delivery to customers. |
ROLE-SPECIFIC Accountabilities:
Responsibilities
Accurate Labelling (Raw materials, finished goods & containers).
• Providing Forklift daily maintenance services when it is necessary.
· Picking and Packing materials as per VL10
• Completing In Process Records of the operation.
• Complying with Hygiene, Safety and Environment regulations.
• Complying with Quality and Safety Standards (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Daily Reconciliation of dispatch processes.
• Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner.
• Inform field units about orders.
• Track and update call logs and data in SAP.
• Provide reports to upper management.

Role-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications & experience · Grade 12 or higher qualification in Logistics. · Knowledge related to specific tasks. · Knowledge on topics related to food safety: GMP, FSSC 22000, Food Defense, Food Safety. · Knowledge in International Standards (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001). · In the absence of relevant qualifications, experience in the relevant field and at the relevant level will be considered. · Well organized person. · Can work well under pressure. · Must be good with time management. · Can work independently and in a team. |
