Location – Tuas, Singapore
To ensure efficient and safe material handling and inventory management to support warehouse and production operations. The position is responsible for accurately managing material movements, maintaining SAP inventory records, and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. By coordinating with production teams, third-party logistics providers, and internal stakeholders, the role helps ensure smooth operational flow, adherence to SHE and ISO requirements, and the upkeep of a clean, organized, and compliant workplace.
Your key responsibilities

Material Handling: Efficiently execute and monitor activities including loading, unloading, receiving, storing, and deploying materials while ensuring all safety and regulatory practices are followed.

Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, and ensure prompt and accurate data entry for transfer orders, spreadsheets, and related documentation.

Dangerous Goods Handling: Safely handle hazardous materials and ensure proper storage and compliance with relevant safety regulations.

Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the warehouse, production, and third-party logistics (3PL), ensuring smooth communication and operations.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, including group SHE/Quality requirements, Quality Essential and Life Saving Rules, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and workplace safety protocols.

Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment always.

Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support warehouse and production operations.

You bring

2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a chemical industry setting.

Valid forklift driver license.

Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.

Ability to compose professional emails for internal and external stakeholders.

Willingness to work different shifts and overtime as needed.

Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- This position will be on shift from 4pm - 1am, Monday to Friday. Additional weekend support if required.
