Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm

As an Operator, Fulfillment you will pick, pack, palletize, and ship small parcel and LTL freight using approved carrier systems and company procedures. You will prepare shipments in accordance with carrier requirements, generate necessary shipping documentation, and ensure packages are accurately labeled and ready for pickup. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to manage packages ranging from approximately 20–50 lbs while supporting efficient daily warehouse operations.

Your key responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, palletize, and ship UPS and LTL orders, including required shipping documents.
  • Receive inbound shipments, verify counts, enter receipts in SAP, and store inventory in correct locations.
  • Load and unload trucks using a riding pallet jack or other equipment, confirm accuracy of received goods.
  • Fulfill and ship product sample requests for associates, vendors, and customers.
  • Support inventory control through cycle counts and stock accuracy checks.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and basic merchandise displays as needed.

You bring

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience, fulfilment or warehouse operations preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs.
  • Proficient with computers, SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, and forklift certification.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly rate $25.00-$27.00.
