Your key responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

  • Lead the implementation and execution of the SHE & Quality policy, standards, and culture to ensure the highest level of performance.
  • Ensure daily, weekly & monthly routines in place to drive safety, quality, operations, performance, and service improvement.
  • Be accountable and supervise operators by setting clear targets and motivating them to achieve goals and targets.
  • Supervise and develop team leaders and operators.
  • Identify and drive the changes to improve production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Improve End to End processes to maximize plant efficiency and better serve our customers.
  • Participate to the definition of the site master plan to align site capabilities with strategic objectives.

 You bring. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) OR engineering discipline or equivalent training and experience required.
  • field preferred.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in a food-manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemical or related manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated Leadership, good communication skills as well as a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and SAP.
  • Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with various departments. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others.
