 As a key contributor to warehouse and production operations, I manage outbound delivery planning and execute daily inventory transactions to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. I collaborate across departments—quality, customer service, and manufacturing—to resolve batch issues, inventory mismatches, and repack needs. My role includes running backlog and adherence reports, updating open orders, and maintaining visibility into unreleased jobs and rework materials. I also oversee scheduling and job distribution across all shifts to keep workflows balanced and efficient. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, I help drive seamless supply chain execution from planning to delivery.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Generate pick pack for Outbound Delivery Planner (OBD) through the execution of diverse reports and transactions.
  • Communicate information to internal stakeholders to uphold accurate goods issue dates, ensuring customers are updated with the latest order management details.
  • Inform the quality department of available batches that do not align with batch strategy requirements.
  • Review material and inventory discrepancy.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing supervisors to execute repack orders.
  • Conduct regular checks on the blocked report.

You bring

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Previous SAP experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of flavor and fragrance supply chain operations.
  • Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day.
  • Regularly lift a 35 lb. product hose; frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.

 

 

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $28.97 - $33.48.

 

 

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
