GREW Occupancy Planning Lead
Location: Barcelona, Spain
We’re hiring an internal Occupancy Planning lead to own presence and utilization reporting, processes, and workplace standards—shaping our culture and enhancing employee experience. This role will be the go-to to guide leaders and teams, turning data into decisions, influencing how we work, and ensuring our workplace strategy is understood and embedded across capital projects. You’ll also lead the outsourced OP team, managing processes, tools, and insights—an exciting opportunity to drive a business-critical function that directly shapes how we use our space.
Your key responsibilities
• Lead and influence stakeholders: Build trust with leaders, HRBPs, Legal, and employees to guide the use and interpretation of presence and utilization data.
• Ensure data integrity and insights credibility: Maintain quality control, provide contextual interpretation, and prevent misuses or misunderstandings of occupancy metrics.
• Own and deploy workplace standards: Apply and adapt global standards (space types, sharing ratios, collaboration vs. individual workspace, social vs. functional ratios) across sites and projects.
• Drive operational excellence: Manage OP processes, tools, and the outsourced OP team to ensure efficient, consistent, and accurate operations.
• Enable workplace strategy adoption: Translate insights and standards into practical guidance, ensuring the strategy is understood and embedded across capital projects and operational sites.
• Manage change and foster engagement: Proactively address questions, communicate clearly, and support leaders and teams in adopting new ways of working.
