What You'll Do:

As the Sales Support Specialist, you will assist and support multiple Account Managers with day-to-day operations of sales functions and duties to support the organization’s revenue growth goals. In this role, you will ensure coordinated resources and that effective systems and processes are in place in order for each Account Manager to effectively operate and manage all sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all facets of the sales cycle, including lead identification, assignment of lead, and quoting.
  • Manage data integrity and workflows using Salesforce
  • Provide backup for Customer Service as needed
  • Make recommendations and help create new tools to help create efficiencies for internal processes.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, refining and managing administrative and operational processes and structure related to selling, system utilization, shipping, customer needs, etc.
  • Work closely with sales and other teams to drive operational success supporting customer needs.
  • Provide general operational and sales activity support for the sales team. This may include monthly sales calls, rep samples, problem resolution, etc.

 

You Bring:

  • 2+ years progressive experience in related disciplines (e.g. sales or customer service organization, marketing, data analytics)
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment, while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in person, by video conference, and by telephone.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse personality styles.
  • Comfort in being a team player and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to support operational tasks and strategic objectives
