We are hiring a  Senior Production Operator at our Naperville, IL Nutritional Products facility for a 12HR ROTATING SHIFT (5 AM to 5 PM and 5 PM - 5 AM). 


What you'll do:

As a Senior Production Operator, you have a business-critical role.  You will perform all production activities and operate production equipment in accordance with the plant capacity and in conformity with SHE requirements, SOPs, Quality standards, and time sequences.  As well as all duties associated with analyzing samples, making process decisions, and performing and scheduling minor maintenance repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle raw materials from receiving to the production storage area to the plant area and add them into the process reactors according to the SOP or Production Supervisor instruction.
  • Monitor equipment and process parameters, and take actions necessary to maintain process in control
  • Record process parameters in the batch records according to the time schedule and sign the batch sheet
  • Take samples, analyze using HPLC and interpret results and make process decisions when relevant
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks in accordance with the appropriate SHE guidelines and using SOP’s where applicable and within individual competency


You bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • 1-4 years of experience in the production environment 
  • Ability to work in a team environment, rotating shifts, and coordinate multiple resources without direct supervision. 
  • Ability to operate personal computers; familiar with spreadsheets and word documents.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and move 55 gallon drums using a drum cart.
