The Sr. Specialist, Quality drives food safety and quality awareness throughout the facility through the maintenance and continuous improvement of the food safety management system.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Provides food safety and quality support at the Menomonee Falls, WI facility.
• Ensure that all safety and other assigned training are up to date and in compliance.
• Design/Implement Food Safety Management System.
• Continuous Improvement of Food Safety Management System.
• Management of external warehouse, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
• Perform additional Quality Assurance Functions as needed.

You Bring:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong understanding of the Food Safety Management System.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience with food manufacturing and food safety QA programs.
• Experience writing formal documents such as procedures and training manuals.
• FSSC 22000, HACCP experience preferred.
• PCQI – Human Food certified preferred.
