As a QA Specialist, you will perform routine validation, verification and internal auditing activities as outlined in the Quality Policies Manual and associated procedures, documenting any findings in associated systems. You will work with other stakeholders to support investigations into deviations and complaints. The QA Specialist will work with Quality and Operational Teams to maintain the Document Management System.


Your Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Checks: Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance to quality standards.

• Document Results: Record and report findings in applicable systems.

• Raise Quality complaints and deviations in applicable systems.

• Gather evidence and document first level investigation findings into deviations and complaints as instructed.
• Internal auditing - participate in internal audits of the Site Quality System following the direction of the Quality Team and participate in routine GMP/Gemba Walks.
• Complete internal daily calibrations.

You Bring:
• Bachelor’s of Science degree.

• Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems essential.

• Numerical ability to record, interpret and analyze key data, in addition to having proficient written, numerical and verbal skills.

• Highly self-motivated, showing strong self-discipline and a structured approach to practices & improvements.
• Ability to work well with others, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve quality goals.

 

 

The hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. The hourly wage rate is $29.00-$35.00.

 

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
