Job Role: Material Procurement Planner

You will lead the end‑to‑end procurement planning execution, ensure supplier punctuality and performance, and strengthen integration across purchasing, logistics, warehousing, quality, and manufacturing teams. This role blends analytical precision with cross-functional collaboration and an ownership mindset—perfect for someone passionate about delivering impact across the supply chain.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end procurement planning and execution, ensuring supplier punctuality, lead-time performance, and reliable material availability for production and customer demand.
- Manage raw material replenishment and inventory levels by defining reorder quantities, frequencies, and maintaining alignment with the overall supply chain inventory strategy.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance, addressing issues such as delays, damages, shortages, and deviations while maintaining high purchasing data quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and supply processes by coordinating activities across purchasing ,quality, logistics, procurement, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain and execute the supply plan (Buy & Transfer), ensuring visibility of incoming and outgoing supply flows and supporting an efficient Plan–Source–Make–Deliver cycle.
- Resolve supplier non-conformances and supply risks through structured follow-ups, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and collaboration with procurement to strengthen vendor partnerships.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- 2–5+ years of experience in procurement planning, supply chain, materials management, or related functions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP ECC, and MS Office; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of Materials Replenishment Planning, MRP methodologies, supply network planning, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in inventory management and DDMRP principles; APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data insights into supply performance improvements.
