You will lead the end‑to‑end procurement planning execution, ensure supplier punctuality and performance, and strengthen integration across purchasing, logistics, warehousing, quality, and manufacturing teams. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end procurement planning and execution, ensuring supplier punctuality, lead-time performance, and reliable material availability for production and customer demand.
  • Manage raw material replenishment and inventory levels by defining reorder quantities, frequencies, and maintaining alignment with the overall supply chain inventory strategy.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance, addressing issues such as delays, damages, shortages, and deviations while maintaining high purchasing data quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and supply processes by coordinating activities across purchasing ,quality, logistics, procurement, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
  • Maintain and execute the supply plan (Buy & Transfer), ensuring visibility of incoming and outgoing supply flows and supporting an efficient Plan–Source–Make–Deliver cycle.
  • Resolve supplier non-conformances and supply risks through structured follow-ups, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and collaboration with procurement to strengthen vendor partnerships.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field from a reputed institution.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in procurement planning, supply chain, materials management, or related functions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP ECC, and MS Office; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Materials Replenishment Planning, MRP methodologies, supply network planning, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and DDMRP principles; APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data insights into supply performance improvements.
