Join our rapidly developing and growing team! As the Master Data and Reporting Lead Specialist HNC EMEA you will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of product and raw material master data for multiple production sites. Master Data and Reporting Lead Specialist activates premixes, MRS and raw material master data in SAP system by creating and updating auxiliary master data, collaborating with various internal departments and ensuring seamless data flow within our SAP systems.

By creating MSDS for premixes and product labels comply with corporate and external requirements and regulations. Master Data and Reporting Lead Specialist acts also as a help desk for premix/MRS/raw material issues reported by other departments and helps to direct them to appropriate responsible person or departments. Master Data and Reporting Lead Specialist is providing efficient and effective reporting of all key performance indicators in supply chain area.

Job holder is supporting EMEA Premix operations in matters where inputs are needed also supporting EMEA Premix plants in growing the business by developing new reporting opportunities in supply chain area.

Your key responsibilities

  • Activate and maintain master data: Create and maintain master data for premixes, MRS and raw materials across our production sites in EMEA region. 
  • Label and MSDS creation: generate product labels and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and provide then to internal stakeholders.
  • Participation in projects: The team is obligated to participate in the project if their involvement can contribute to optimizing processes or generating financial benefits for the company.
  • Create and maintain Supply Chain dashboards and visual management boards.
  • Be the regional OTiF (On Time in Full) champion, reporting previous performance and using this information to drive improved future performance.
  • Map Supply Chain processes, carry out gap assessments, suggest areas of improvement and ensure SOPs are designed benchmarking best in class processes.

You bring

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Fluency in Polish and English,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • A collaborative spirit,
  • Good knowledge of SAP material master data as well as Power BI and AI tools
