As a key player in the team, the Lead Specialist supports management by providing strategic direction and oversight in the development of innovative tools and comprehensive market analysis for the flavors industry in Mexico. Their role ensures that the company stays ahead of market trends, identifies growth opportunities, and delivers exceptional value to clients. By leveraging their expertise, they drive strategic initiatives that enhance the company's competitive edge and position it as a leader in the industry.

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring consistency, value generation, and effectiveness in all initiatives.
  • Anticipate and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare market analysis reports and interpret the data to create initiatives or support strategies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of presentations, promotional campaigns with collections, kits, among others, measuring their effectiveness and pipeline growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the marketing team
  • Collaborate with the sales, technical and CI team to align business initiatives, develop opportunities for pipeline growth, and increase sales

You bring

  • Undergraduate Degree: Marketing, Economics, or Administrative fields.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in the B2B market. Specific experience in the food and beverage industry (*desirable experience Savory Foods).
  • Full time experience working cross-functional projects
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Intermediate Excel, including Storytelling skills.
  • Proactive attitude, passion for innovation.
