Marketing Manager LATAM, iHealth Healthcare | Brazil

Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

As Regional Marketing Manager you will be responsible for coordinate and expand the i-Health portfolio brand presence in the LATAM region, through development and overseeing brand strategies, marketing plans, new products, packaging, and promotional programs as assigned and on budget.

Professional marketing to HCP’s, and consumer (focused on healthcare) with online strategies, are a crucial part of this role.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Develop and drive all long-term marketing strategies that support brand and region growth objectives.
  • Manage local brand strategy consistent with Global brand.
  • Work with distributors/ agencies to ensure timely implementation of assets and campaigns.
  • Act as the Region Champion to oversee the A&S spend and ensure this supports in delivering the planned sales and profit.
  • Initiate and lead cross-functional team support for business development of brands and products.
  • Maintain a pipeline of growth initiatives/campaigns in the region via launch of line extensions, introduction of new brands, and channel expansion.

 

You Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related areas
  • Ability to speak Portuguese, Spanish and English
  • A strong CPG background with a solid experience of building brands and marketing campaigns
  • A robust knowledge and experience in dealing with the Healthcare market and the role of HCP engagement.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and 'start-up' mentality
  • Strategically can speak to a P&L
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
