Marketing Manager Fine Fragrances
Duration: 5 months starting May 2026 / maternity leave replacement
Your Responsibilities
- Client account marketing management
- Proactive trend analysis
- Development of brand DNA tools for fragrances (marketing and olfactory analysis)
- Creation of marketing materials (storytelling, moodboards, PowerPoint templates, presentations, workshops, etc.)
- Event planning and set-up
Your Responsibilities
- As a key member of the European Marketing team, you will lead and contribute to strategic initiatives within the Fine Fragrance Experience division.
- Lead the marketing for some of our main client accounts (e.g., L'Oréal, Puig, Interparfum, Kering...).
- Manage the daily operational marketing needs in collaboration with internal teams of evaluators, sales, sales coordinators, consumer science specialists, and perfumers.
- Handle prospective workshops and made-to-measure market analysis requests.
- Conduct category and market analyses, evaluate client portfolios and market shares, identify opportunities, and provide concrete recommendations.
- Carry out market and trend reviews, with a focus on insights from social media.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and conduct prospective studies for ongoing and future projects.
Profile:
- Solid Experience in the field of marketing, in the beauty/perfumery industry
- Bachelor’s +4/+5 (Master’s level)
- Education: Perfumery School – Master’s level, Business School or University, major in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar field
- Strong analytical skills, organized, and autonomous
- Dynamic, independent, curious, creative, team spirit, strong interpersonal skills
- Native or bilingual French required
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience in the sector or strong interest in perfume
