Key Responsibilities

  • Grows category business (Home & Beauty) collaborating with Sales, Development and Consumer Insights teams by translating marketing insights into fragrance relevant solutions by delivering compelling and on-brand creative presentations-concept, trend, insights & fragrances- to win RCB customer briefs in Vietnam (reactive)
  • Build strong market intelligence, trends tools and consumer understanding to identify new space and product opportunities for our customer in Vietnam and drive a competitive advantage (proactive)
  • Be the marketing expert for Vietnam discussions with customers, and internally, be the first point of contact for specific questions on categories of responsibilities and market & consumer trends in Vietnam (expertise). Communicate on a regular basis about new launches, new trends and insights to Singapore hub
  • Lead on local-initiated and coordinate on regional marketing events such as sensorium, showroom and selective trade shows (events)
  • Elevate dsm-firmenich marketing offering together with RCB SEAJK Marketing Community to upgrade the function and its impact with customers (function)
