Marketing Director HNC LATAM

Job Title: Marketing Director LATAM - Healh Nutrition & Care 
Location: São Paulo, Brazil 

 


This role plays a critical part in translating global strategy into high-impact regional execution, leading innovation, go-to-market, and commercial excellence initiatives across Latin America, while managing a regional marketing team and maintaining strong interaction with global stakeholders, co-owning, prioritizing and executing key initiatives together with the sales team (for key customers) to implement our key strategic tasks in the regions, driving differentiation and solution selling.

Your key responsibilities

  • Translate global strategies into actionable regional plans, including target setting
  • Lead regional market shaping initiatives to influence consumer perception and demand
  • Execute and monitor regional go-to-market plans, tracking KPIs and ensuring disciplined execution
  • Adapt global value propositions to local regulatory, cultural, and market dynamics
  • Drive regional product launches, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local readiness
  • Lead innovation initiatives and identify “white space” opportunities through customer and market mapping and Influence and drive strategy execution together with sales teams. Own and optimize opex investiments. Deliver financial results of marketing segments, including running business (short term) and new business (mid/long term)

You Bring

  • Solid experience in Marketing leadership roles, preferably with regional (LATAM) scope, combined with a strong background in B2B marketing—ideally within ingredients, nutrition, pharma, or related industries—and a strong consumer-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in translating global strategies into regional execution and driving go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across matrix organizations
  • Experience leading multicultural teams and working in highly collaborative environments
  • Fluent English and advanced Spanish are mandatory
  • Consumer orientation of key trends and categories where to play (and not to play); Customer´s brand deep analysis and understand of their strategic movements (consumer brands like Centrum, NAN, Aptamil, etc)
