Job Title: Manager Predictive Analytics – Sensory & Consumer

As a manager in predictive analytics (data scientist in sensory and consumer domain), you will play a key role in delivering strategic insights that inform product innovation, flavor creation, and consumer and sensory knowledge. You will combine internal and external consumer data sources, sensory science and market data to deliver integrated, forward-looking insights using advanced analytics and data science methods. Working cross-functionally, you will bring clarity to complex business questions and help shape the future of consumer-centric product development.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide cross-functional analytical and decision-support services, including advanced modelling, data visualization, and data integration across consumer research, sensory, and market data.
- Design and implement descriptive to predictive analytical tools to drive insight generation, product optimization, and consumer segmentation.
- Combine internal and external data sources (e.g., sensory data, survey results, behavioral tracking, CRM, social media) to generate integrated, actionable insights.
- Create impactful dashboards and data visualizations to support stakeholder decision-making and facilitate data-driven conversations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Innovation, Flavorists, and CI) to ensure insights are aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes by identifying opportunities for automation, innovation, and methodological advancement.

You bring:
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Sensory and Consumer Science, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related quantitative field.
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics or data science, preferably in consumer products, FMCG, food & beverage, or market research.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, and data querying with SQL; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Advance use of data visualization applications such as PowerBi, Tableau, etc.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
- Experience with consumer insights data, including sensory testing, surveys, qualitative data, or marketing analytics.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
