Manager HR Culture and Leadership
Location: Internally >> flexible Europe– Externally>> Barcelona, Spain or Maastricht or Delft, Netherlands
Help shape the culture and leadership identity of a global company with a strong purpose. As Culture & Leadership Manager, you will co-design and deliver initiatives that embed our values, strengthen leadership capability, and build a unified, high performing culture across regions. In this role, you influence leaders at all levels, work across HR and the business, and drive meaningful cultural transformation that enables our people to thrive.
Your key responsibilities
• Culture Strategy & Transformation – Co design and deliver culture initiatives that bring our purpose, values, and leadership behaviors to life across all regions.
• Leadership Development & Capability Building – Co develop leadership programs, embed the Leadership Framework, and partner with Talent & Performance on capability-building experiences.
• Leadership Communities & Gatherings – Support global leadership offsites, communities, and engagement platforms to strengthen alignment and shared purpose.
• Employee Experience & Engagement – Shape a consistent, inclusive employee experience focused on belonging, wellbeing, collaboration, and continuous feedback.
• Change & Communication – Bring culture to life through storytelling, clear narratives, and collaborative activation with Internal Communications and regional HR.
• Data, Measurement & Insights – Track cultural, leadership, and engagement KPIs; translate insights into practical actions and targeted interventions for leaders.

You bring
• 8–10+ years’ experience in HR, Culture, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or Transformation in a global environment
• Proven success designing and delivering culture and leadership programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills, including executive presence
• A data driven mindset, with experience using engagement and leadership analytics
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for shaping culture and developing future ready leaders
