The Manager – GES R2D FP&A is responsible for leading a team that delivers high-quality financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytical support to global business units.
This role combines strong people leadership with end-to-end ownership of FP&A service delivery, driving standardization, automation, and continuous process improvement. The position also serves as a strategic finance partner to regional and corporate stakeholders, providing actionable insights to support informed business decisions and performance management.
Your key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end analysis, and management reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and SLA-compliant outputs.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for FP&A service-related issues and act as a trusted finance partner to business and functional leaders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, driving goal alignment, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a shared services environment.
- Drive automation, simplification, and self-service reporting initiatives in partnership with systems, BI, and transformation teams.
- Support process transitions, migrations, scope expansions into GES, and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
You bring:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles
- Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience
- Strong experience in Global Shared Services is preferred
- Proven experience supporting global stakeholders across regions
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage
