The Manager – GES R2D FC&A This role offers an opportunity to lead end‑to‑end Record to Report (R2R / AtR) service delivery for global business units within a high‑performance Shared Services environment. As a people leader, the manager drives accurate, timely, audit‑ready financials, champions standardization and automation, and partners closely with global stakeholders. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed global set‑up, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about team development, continuous improvement, and finance transformation.

Your key responsibilities

Strong expertise in Record to Report / Accounting to Report processes including month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany.
Exceptional leadership capability – coaching teams, performance management, and building a culture of accountability.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially in global, matrixed environments.
High-level analytical and conceptual thinking with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to express ideas with clarity.
Good understanding of systems & data flows and familiarity with MS Office; exposure to Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage.

You bring

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA / CA / CPA / CMA preferred.
8–10 years of experience in R2R / AtR, finance, or related domains.
3–5 years of people management experience, leading teams of at least 10 members.
Strong exposure to Global Shared Services operations.
Proven ability to work with and support global stakeholders across regions.
Experience driving continuous improvement, automation, and participating in process transitions/migrations
