The Manager – GES R2D FC&A This role offers an opportunity to lead end‑to‑end Record to Report (R2R / AtR) service delivery for global business units within a high‑performance Shared Services environment. As a people leader, the manager drives accurate, timely, audit‑ready financials, champions standardization and automation, and partners closely with global stakeholders. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed global set‑up, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about team development, continuous improvement, and finance transformation.

Your key responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Record to Report / Accounting to Report processes including month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany.
- Exceptional leadership capability – coaching teams, performance management, and building a culture of accountability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially in global, matrixed environments.
- High-level analytical and conceptual thinking with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to express ideas with clarity.
- Good understanding of systems & data flows and familiarity with MS Office; exposure to Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage.

You bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA / CA / CPA / CMA preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in R2R / AtR, finance, or related domains.
- 3–5 years of people management experience, leading teams of at least 10 members.
- Strong exposure to Global Shared Services operations.
- Proven ability to work with and support global stakeholders across regions.
- Experience driving continuous improvement, automation, and participating in process transitions/migrations
