Job Title: Manager GES IPA Process Insights

Location: Hyderabad, India

 

This role is a strategic and hands-on leader driving process intelligence and automation across global operations using Celonis. It transforms complex operational data into actionable insights, enabling efficiency gains, working capital optimization, and digital transformation. The position sits at the intersection of data analytics, process excellence, and business value realization, partnering with senior stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement and AI-driven decision-making.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end Celonis implementation (data extraction, modelling, KPI design, dashboards, and analysis).
  • Identify bottlenecks, quantify value, and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and optimize working capital.
  • Establish enterprise-wide process KPIs and provide leadership with actionable insights and performance tracking.
  • Leverage Action Flows, Execution Apps, and AI-driven insights to automate remediation and decision-making.
  • Ensure high-quality, integrated data across SAP ECC, CFIN, Ariba, and related systems, including platform stability and optimization.
  • Collaborate with D&T, Finance, Procurement, and operations teams; drive adoption via training, workshops, and change management.

You bring:

  • Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Data Analytics (MBA preferred); relevant certifications in Celonis, analytics, or data science.
  • Proven experience in Celonis, process mining, root-cause analysis, and process re-engineering.
  • Expertise in data modelling, PQL, dashboards, and automation tools; ability to work across complex data landscapes.
  • Solid understanding of SAP processes (S2P, O2C/Q2C, AP, R2D) and enterprise systems integration.
  • Strong ability to identify inefficiencies, analyze performance drivers, and translate insights into impact.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders, drive alignment, and communicate insights effectively.
