This role ensures that all ServiceNow solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards, SIAM operating models, and business objectives.
Acting as the design authority for the platform, the Architect partners closely with platform owners, delivery managers, process owners, and system integrators to translate business demand into robust, future-ready ServiceNow solutions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Act as the design authority for new modules, major enhancements, and complex customizations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
  • Translate business and process requirements into end-to-end ServiceNow solution designs, maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities and minimizing technical debt.
  • Define and govern CMDB and integration architecture, ensuring alignment with ITOM discovery, service mapping, and enterprise systems, and maintaining data quality and lifecycle integrity.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle, including design reviews, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare within a SIAM model.
  • Enforce architectural governance, risk, and compliance, ensuring solutions meet security, privacy, audit, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive platform evolution and continuous improvement, contributing to the ServiceNow roadmap, adoption of new capabilities, performance optimization, and retirement of legacy designs.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, platform owners, system integrators, and delivery partners, acting as a trusted architectural advisor to senior IT leadership.

We offer

  • A supportive environment where you’re empowered to grow and share your ideas.
  • An inclusive and multicultural team with respect for everyone
  • A dynamic work environment with many challenges that give you the possibility to work autonomously and with a team in finding the right solutions.

You bring

  • Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect / Lead Technical Architect on large-scale, multi-module implementations.
  • Deep understanding of:

    • CMDB & ITOM concepts
    • Integration patterns (REST, APIs, middleware)
    • Security, RBAC, and compliance controls
  • Experience working in multi-vendor and SIAM environments.
  • Strong documentation, design, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth.
