We're seeking a seasoned logistics professional to step into an expanded role as Regional Logistics Manager for China & Asia Pacific. In this key leadership position, you’ll drive the strategic logistics agenda across the region, ensuring the seamless, cost-effective, and timely flow of goods. With a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing customer experience and supporting our business growth. Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional logistics strategy aligned with global supply chain goals to support scalable and cost-effective growth.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across China and Asia Pacific, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery performance.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives by identifying efficiency improvements, leveraging logistics partners, and managing budgets and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with regional trade regulations, customs requirements, and sustainability standards across all logistics activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as CX, manufacturing, and sales to align logistics planning with business needs.
- Foster a high-performance logistics team culture, providing leadership, coaching, and professional development to drive continuous improvement and accountability.

You Bring
- Proven regional logistics leadership experience in China and Asia Pacific, with a strong track record in end-to-end supply chain execution.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into effective logistics plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication, both internally and with external partners.
- Deep understanding of regional trade regulations, customs, and logistics best practices.
