What you’ll do

We seek a Manager, Europe eCommerce Development to help accelerate growth in our Amazon UK and DE platforms. You’ll be responsible for supporting eCommerce Strategies in partnership with cross-functional team members. This role will focus on delivering best in class tactics through Assortment, Advertising, Merchandising, Operations and Price/Promotion strategies with the identified key customers.

Your key responsibilities

  • Grow Retail sales through Assortment, Advertising, Merchandising and Price/Promotion levers as part of a collaborative team.
  • Lead partnership with Agencies to align on strategy, business goals and support model that meets company goals
  • Deliver Advertising Campaigns in partnership with Agency to grow Customer Acquisition and increase Loyalty
  • Manage operational transactions from the United States to Europe as effectively and efficiently as possible with a focus on enabling cost savings practices where possible
  • Partner with Marketing specialist to ensure Best in Class Digital Shelf strategies and Advertising Creative are implemented with tracking/ongoing optimization to increase Conversion
  • Analyze, measure and report insights to appropriate teams and optimize as efficiently as possible to maximize returns
  • Manage and reconcile budget: process invoices, submit forecasts, and adapt investment as needed
  • Identify, explore, and recommend emerging partnerships that will accelerate our capabilities and unlock future growth
  • Influence internal stakeholders to advocate for business needs and adapt priorities that will deliver against our ambitious growth goals
  • In partnership with the Director, Global eCommerce and Omnichannel, execute a thoughtful Digital Commerce Strategy with plans that maximize trial, increase conversion, and grow repeat purchases with continuous improvement in mind
  • Implement Agile practices to test, learn, measure and scale effective tactics across markets and channels
  • Explore opportunities to enter the Online Pharmacy Channel in select markets
  • Enable an intellectually curious mindset and desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Support eCommerce/Omnichannel team as needed

 

You bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Digital Marketing required
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the CPG industry with a background in Digital Commerce
  • Understanding of Digital platforms, Retail Media, Content/PDP Optimizations and Retailer Strategy
  • Experience with European Market business development across platforms and retailers
  • An entrepreneurial mindset in bringing creative solutions to potentially complex challenges
  • Efficient project management, business and financial management and technical skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and meet fast paced deadlines
  • Strong team leadership skills, demonstrated in cross-functional environments as well as ability to work independently
  • Familiarity within Health & Wellness categories preferred
