Title: Manager, D&T, Tech Lead Marketing Technology
Location: Hyderabad
We are looking for a Marketing Technology Tech Lead who is ready to shape the future of digital experiences. In this role, you will stand at the intersection of technology and creativity, driving the design and delivery of world-class marketing solutions powered by enterprise platforms and modern engineering practices. You will lead the implementation and optimization of platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and other SaaS technologies, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with custom applications and robust backend systems.
With your expertise in React, Java, .NET, APIs, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, you will build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that set new standards for digital excellence. Working hand in hand with marketing leaders and technology teams, you will translate business vision into compelling digital experiences that deepen customer engagement and accelerate the organization’s digital transformation journey.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drive best practices across architecture, CI/CD, security, and performance to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure digital solutions.
- Operate within the D&T platform model, partnering with Platform Architects, Delivery Leads, and Product Leads to co-own platform OKRs, backlog, and enforce reference architectures and guardrails.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while mentoring engineers and fostering continuous improvement.
- Lead the technical delivery, enhancement, and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other marketing SaaS platforms.
- Design and implement modern digital experiences using React, Java, .NET, APIs, and cloud services, enabling seamless integration with custom applications and enterprise systems.
- Architect solutions aligned with headless principles, standardized technology stacks, and clear system boundaries, prioritizing reuse of platform capabilities and productized services over custom development.

You Bring:
- 10+ Proven experience leading technical delivery for marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other SaaS solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with modern technologies such as React, Java, .NET, APIs, and cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
- Strong understanding of system integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.
- Ability to translate marketing and business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide engineering teams and drive innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across marketing and technology stakeholders.
