Manager, Digital & Tech, Tech Lead Consumer Insights

Title: Manager, D&T, Tech Lead Consumer Insights

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for a Tech Lead who is ready to turn vision into impact by shaping the next generation of Consumer Insights digital experiences. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions built on modern cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, powered by React front ends, microservice architectures, robust APIs, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

By bridging deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs, you will drive technology innovation that truly matters. Your key responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver modern Consumer Insights solutions leveraging cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead development teams to ensure high-quality code, adherence to architecture standards, and timely delivery of data-driven products.
  • Translate business and consumer insights requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data applications.
  • Integrate security, compliance, and data privacy practices through DevSecOps and robust observability.
  • Operate within the D&T platform model, collaborating with Platform Architects, Delivery Leads, and Product Leads to co-own platform OKRs, backlog, and enforce reference architecture and guardrails.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in data and insights delivery.Top of Form

You Bring:

  • 10+ Proven experience in leading development of Consumer Insights or data-driven products using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep technical expertise in modern frameworks and languages (e.g., React, .NET, Java), data integration, and analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps, data security, privacy, compliance, and observability practices.
  • Ability to translate business and consumer insights needs into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data solutions.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation in data and insights delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across business, data, and technology.
