Join our team as a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Expert, where you'll lead the strategy and execution of maintenance operations for a high-impact manufacturing site. This role offers hands-on ownership of SAP PM systems, Power BI analytics, and process improvements.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Oversee all maintenance work orders, ensuring effective prioritization, planning, and execution aligned with site goals.
  • Act as the site SME for SAP Plant Maintenance, manage data integrity, workflows, and train users to ensure system optimization.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, backlog, compliance, and resource planning, providing insights to improve performance.
  • Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning, ensuring clear scope, resourcing, materials, and safety measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Partner with production, engineering, and EHS teams to coordinate activities and train staff on best practices and systems use

You bring

  • Minimum of an associate’s degree (Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in planning & scheduling roles.
  • Expert proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI for dashboard development and data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of work order management, preventive/predictive maintenance, and MRO processes.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive organizational change.
