Logistics Supervisor (São Roque, SP)

Job Title: Logistics Supervisor 

City: São Roque, SP, Brasil 

Work Model: On site (First year) 

Clevel: C-40 

 

As Logistics Supervisor you will be responsible for all activities of the Distribution Centers in Brazil, including daily operation, carrying out the strategies defined by the Logistics Manager Latam, KPIs and cost control and aspects of SHE. The logistical operation includes the activities of Warehousing, Inventory, Receiving and Loading (daily operation of the Distribution Centers), tax attributions and other processes with municipal, state and federal agencies and the management of SHE.

You Bring 

 

  • Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields; a postgraduate degree (Lato or Stricto Sensu) or MBA is considered a plus. 

  • Advanced conversational English is required; Spanish is a plus. 

  • Senior-level experience in managing logistics operations in medium or large companies. 

  • Specialist in Business Intelligence (BI), with knowledge of tools like Power BI. 

  • Ability to improve, innovate, and drive change; customer focus (internal and external); act responsibly and with ethics. 

  • Strong analytical skills, resilience, and self-motivation. 

  • Ability to engage people, striving for the right way (not the easy way), and being results-driven.
