We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics and warehouse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for Managing Our external logistics and warehouse provider, Document Processes and Communication Processes with SAP. Additionally, you will conduct and gain knowledge of a wide range of logistics and warehousing processes.

Key responsibilities
The Logistis & Warehouse Specialist is accountable for the alignment of the Dispatching and Export Process activities with :
- the organization's strategic objectives
- Goal availability, Daily Purchase Order control and process management in connection with the Shipper.
- Developing innovative solutions that can reduce the logistics cost against the targets and continue the process on it.
- Communication and follow-up in the Purchase Order from the bonded exit of the product to the delivery to the External Warehouse.
- Ongoing activities as a team in plant to plant/port to plant deliveries.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree or related departments,
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in Warehouse Process, Inventory Management, Import process and Customs Process
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent planning and organizational ability
- Attitude to work cross-functionally in a complex and variable environment
- A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
- Ability to use MS Office applications well, work carefully and meticulously
- SAP knowledge and WMS systems knowledge.
