Your key responsibilities

Payment execution by following company policy for majority China  entities; Responsible for all outgoing and incoming payment(incl. FX transactions) processing to the bank timely and accurately.
Responsible for BAD management, such as: quality checking; registration; safely keeping; monthly reconcile with accounting; handling of discounting and collection; coordinate with bank and business team in case of any flaws on the BAD;
Responsible for global confirming and financing factor activities.Coordinate monthly hedging report ;
Effective communication with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation;
Responsible for processing bank statements –cash management role in SAP. Timely and accurately to import electronic bank statements, clear post processing, post open bank statements; Responsible for month end closing activities: check posting bank statement accurately, take corrective actions, download and file bank statements and other documents.
Support  the testings of new cash management activities.Support on any ad-hoc issues.

You Bring

Bachelor or College degree in accounting or finance related major,Minimum of 1 years of financial related activities
Good knowledge of Chinese accounting principles,Proficient in MS Office application; Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
E-banking related work experience is preferred.
Good command of English in both written and spoken is preferred
