Purpose of the role
In this role, you will manage core laboratory operations, support flavorists in compounding and sample creation, uphold GLP and safety standards, and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation, compounding, and batching of flavor samples while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for projects.
- Guide junior technicians on compounding techniques, SOP adherence, and quality standards.
- Oversee raw material inventory, replenishment, storage compliance, and coordinate with Supply Chain for availability.
- Maintain lab operations including cleanliness, safety standards, equipment calibration, and GLP compliance.
- Manage documentation and traceability in SAP and internal digital systems to support audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with Flavorists, Sensory, Application, QC, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support sensory prep, QC tasks, and sample dispatch.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in flavor creation lab, compounding, or food laboratory environments.
- Strong knowledge of lab procedures, safety standards, and quality practices.
- Experience of handling raw materials, batching, and sample preparation.
- Familiarity with documentation systems such as SAP or other digital lab tools is preferred.
- Prior experience supervising or guiding technicians is an advantage.
