Lead Specialist Procurement Compliance
- Validation process of new supply sources
- Business support in case of raw material shortages or crisis
- Maintain accurate Procurement owned master data
- Ensure process performance in line with agreed SLAs.
- Contribute to continuous improvements projects.
- Assist in KPI reporting and analysis.
- Act as key Procurement Compliance stakeholder in activities such as Raw material Introduction (RMI), Change of Standard (CoS) and others.

- Recent graduate degree with a background in either chemical or business areas
- Min 1 years of experience in dealing with global complex stakeholder and change management
- High level of English, any other language will be a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools);
- Great communication, fast-learning and trust-building skills;
- Organized, enthusiastic and data-oriented person with sharp attention to detail;
- Strong sense of team spirit.
