Your Key responsibilities

1. Be responsible for Managing delivery and transport for ANH Business:Complete distribution process, including deliveries to customers in SAP system.Coordinate with service providers for physical distributions to customersHandle customer complaints on responsible product lines, maintain CCR (Customer Complaint Report) system according to global requirements; and review CCR results on regular basis with responsible sales team.
2. Provide administration support for account manager
3. Cooperate with cross function teams to ensure the supply chain operation smoothly and effectively 
4. Act as back-up of other DSOs when needed 
5. Take other works assigned by line manager.

You bring

1. Need cross function communications through whole business process, e.g. sales and marketing team, production sites, quality control department, warehouse, planning and shared service team like sourcing, customer service, finance.
2. Must have knowledge of geography and awareness of monitor on freight accuracy and on-time delivery.
3. Understand and update SAP knowledge is necessary to support business expansion with ANH  new projects of other.
4. Need continuous learning of OTC and trading activity concepts following professional skills trends to deliver professional service to the company.
