To ensure high-quality data delivery, the GSC lead specialist should collaborate with stakeholders accross the BU to identify supply chain optimization opportunities. This role involves managing data through maintenance, analysis, mining, modeling, and providing digital solutions. Additionally, lead specialist need to oversee daily warehouse operations in accordance with warehousing management policies.
Your key responsibilities
• Create and maintain material and customer master accurately to meet business requirement timely.
• Improve data transparency to ensure compliance to global master data standards and procedures.
• Perform Inbound & Outbound activities accurately for GLOPS China as well as for other BG/BU using group supply chain Services.
• Prepare monthly KPI report to monitor the service performance of external warehouse service providers and make sure their operation follow company SOP and SHE requirements.
• Create purchase requisition for all logistics related service charge precisely to book spence in system on time.
• Take other works assigned by line manager.
