The person has the responsibility of an Export Agent to perform logistics operations for ANH NewCo as well as the support function for projects to the Export Team Lead.

Your key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day logistics operations across the assigned countries/region, ensuring smooth coordination of shipment dates with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and proactively follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction
Resolve issues related to shipments, documentation, delivery delays, and discrepancies while maintaining service excellence
Act as a key liaison between regions, production sites, and distribution teams, providing transparency on order status, product availability, shortages, and expected delivery dates
Ensure full compliance with export processes by controlling and validating all required shipping and export documentation for customers and importers
Coordinate closely with internal and external transport partners, including overseas offices, to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments (ex-RDC and direct shipments from production units), including return shipments and credit note processing.

You bring

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or export operations within an international environment.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across regions and functions.
Solid understanding of shipping, export documentation, and international transport processes.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage issues proactively and work under time pressure.
Customer-oriented approach with a focus on service quality and cost efficiency.
Structured, reliable working style with the ability to follow established processes, deadlines, and procedures.
