Lead Specialist GES S2P Sourcing Hub, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of esourcing and eAuctions within SAP Ariba, partnering with global category managers, buyers, and suppliers. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decision‑making, drive digital excellence, and deliver measurable value across indirect procurement categories.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead complete eSourcing and eAuction execution in SAP Ariba, ensuring smooth and compliant sourcing events.
- Partner closely with Category Managers, Buyers, and Suppliers to drive robust participation and optimal commercial outcomes.
- Advise stakeholders on the best RFx and auction strategies to maximize value and align with market/cost dynamics.
- Provide training, support, and issue resolution for buyers, category teams, and suppliers on Ariba functional and technical topics.
- Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement, ensuring documentation and processes stay current.
- Contribute to a culture of digital transformation by using analytics and insights to enhance sourcing efficiency and quality.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent hands‑on experience in procurement or supply chain.
- 5+ years’ experience in P2P and Indirect Procurement, ideally with cross‑functional exposure.
- Advanced SAP Ariba expertise — both functional and technical — including upstream modules and eSourcing.
- Strong analytics and dashboarding capability with proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Fluent in English; French or German (B2) is a strong advantage for global stakeholder management.
- Customer‑focused, commercially minded professional with the ability to partner across global teams and drive business value.
