Job Title: Lead Specialist GES S2P Invoice to Pay
Location: Hyderabad, India
Lead Specialist – GES S2P, where you’ll be the primary owner of resolving raw material blocked invoice discrepancies, driving GR/IR reconciliation accuracy, and ensuring vendor master data governance within the Invoice‑to‑Pay landscape. In this specialist role, you will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and procurement functions to strengthen end‑to‑end P2P operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, while contributing directly to operational efficiency, compliance, and a world-class procurement support function.

Your key responsibilities
- Manage Raw Material Blocked Invoices
Identify root causes, resolve mismatches, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage vendor discrepancy cases. - Drive GR/IR Reconciliation Activities
Investigate mismatches, initiate corrective actions, and maintain GR/IR dashboards & SLA tracking. - Vendor Master Data Governance
Verify vendor banking details, manage callbacks, and raise/follow up on VM update requests. - Query & Escalation Management
Handle email-based queries, address escalations, and ensure timely closure of outstanding issues. - Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Publish weekly dashboards, track SLAs, monitor key metrics, and support governance activities. - Continuous Improvement & Process Enhancement
Lead RCA discussions, identify improvement opportunities, contribute to new process design, and support solution planning.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in shared services or P2P operations.
- 3–5 years of P2P/Shared Services experience, preferably in stakeholder-facing roles.
- Hands-on experience with procurement systems such as SAP, VIM, Ariba, and analytics tools like Celonis, Sievo, or Tableau (added advantage).
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage escalations.
- Problem‑solving & analytical capability, including root cause identification and structural issue resolution.
- Service‑oriented mindset & process ownership with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
