Lead Specialist GES Q2C Credit Risk Mgmt

Job Title: Lead Specialist GES Q2C Credit Risk Management

Location: Hyderabad

Analyze potential and existing customers’ financial statements to assess credit risk and recommend appropriate mitigation actions, while continuously monitoring global geopolitical and economic developments to identify country-level risks and devise effective strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially within credit management, to enable informed decision-making and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of the team’s overall performance goals.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Analyze potential and existing customers' financial statements to assess risk and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor global geopolitical and economic developments to identify risks at the country level.
  • Develop and propose country-level risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially within credit management, to support data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Contribute effectively to achieving the team’s overall KPIs.

 

You bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in complex credit risk assessments, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Exposure to SAP/FSCM/S4Hana systems preferred, with understanding of financial systems.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, ratio analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Familiarity with external credit providers (e.g., Moody’s, Dun & Bradstreet, Credit Risk Monitor) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) and willingness to work in shifts.
