Job title – Lead Specialist GES, Q2C Credit Management

Location – Zhangjiang/Minhang, Shanghai

Your key responsibilities

Download daily bank statements via company system, complete daily external customer AR application postings timely and accurately; communicate daily with CCS/Collector to ensure prompt and correct AR and prepaid offset processing in SAP.
Handle AR postings for bank notes, as well as relevant factoring and discounting accounting processes for external customers; manually post customer credit and debit notes covering sales rebates, sample billing and other related items.
Create designated sales orders (CC1754 only) and conduct full billing activities including manual billing, VF04, VFX3 and other related operations.
Perform monthly verification on the accuracy of AR posting entries and complete monthly bank reconciliation with SAP system.
Conduct regular customer AR reconciliations to timely identify and resolve account discrepancies and guarantee smooth collection; process daily prepayment order release requests to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
Properly keep and maintain all work documents, bank tokens and relevant passwords; complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

You bring

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/financial controlling or commerce
Good accounting knowledge
Knowledge of IFRS (preferred)
Good written and spoken English, CET 6 is a plus
