Your Key Responsibilities

Process requisitions and purchase orders accurately and on time.
Handle PO responses and follow up on open items, including missing goods receipts.
Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with purchasing standards.
Manage tickets and inquiries from vendors and internal customers.
Support continuous improvement projects within the purchasing process.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure efficient P2P operations.

You Bring

Higher or medium-level education with a commercial mindset.
Minimum 2 years of experience in P2P processes (purchasing/accounts payable).
Good knowledge of English (oral and written); Chinese is an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP/Ariba or similar systems.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Customer service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a multinational setting.
