Job Title: Lead Specialist GES-HR Contract Management
Location: Hyderabad, India
Join dsm-firmenich as our Lead Specialist, Contract Management GES-HR, responsible for managing the larger and more complex outsourcing, service, and (IT)implementation contracts. Provides legal and commercial support and solutions. And act as contract expert and trusted advisor to enable the utilization international and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee post-signature contract administration and vendor relationship management activities.
- Develop and maintain a centralized contract repository using vendor management tool.
- Monitor and validate spend reconciliation, consumption and SLA/KPIs tracking and coordinate with service owners for alignment.
- Support resolution of operational issues, underperformance, and incidents with root cause analysis.
- Implement and govern contract control frameworks; drive continuous improvement actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on contract lifecycle management, KPI reporting, governance meetings, and compliance including financial and risk assessments.

- Collaborate across different business units and functions, and regional teams to align expectations, optimize spend management, and maintain consistent contract governance.
- Drive continuous improvement of contract management and vendor management platforms to enhance compliance, insights, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead key initiatives to refine governance frameworks, influence enterprise vendor standards, and develop expertise in digital contract management and supplier performance.
- Operate within a diverse, global environment, supporting enterprise programs and advancing vendor relationships, service quality, and operational outcomes across regions.
You bring:
- Bachelor's or masters degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Law, or related fields; HR outsourcing, services, and transformation experience advantageous.
- 2-4 years experience in contract and Vendor management, including post-signature contract management activities.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in preparing management reports; excellent attention to detail in collating and analyzing complex, confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating initiative in problem resolution and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to orchestrate diverse stakeholders with urgency and resolve conflicting interests.
- Experience with HRIS providers, global payroll, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Contingent Labour, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and digital HR tool would be an advantage.
