Job Title: Lead Specialist GES H2R Time Management
Location: Hyderabad, India
The HR Support Officer – Time Management plays a critical role within the GES HR Hyderabad Hub by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of employee time and attendance data across regions. The role supports seamless payroll operations, maintains data integrity in HR systems, and delivers high-quality HR transactional services through standardized global processes while meeting regional compliance requirements.

Your key responsibilities
- Time & Attendance Management
Manage and validate employee time inputs for new hires and employee data changes from HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness before payroll processing. - Payroll & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with payroll vendors and local HR teams to process time files, validate and approve time-related pay files, and ensure timely and correct employee payments. - Timecard Validation & Compliance
Review, validate, and sign off employee timecards, resolving missed punches, unexcused absences, and historic corrections within defined deadlines. - Leave & Accrual Administration
Approve STD/FMLA leaves, validate pay rules, pay groups, accrual profiles, PTO rates, and conduct periodic audits such as accrual and international manager audits - System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
Monitor daily system integrations, identify errors (e.g., manager, account status, business structure issues), and resolve them promptly using ServiceNow or related ticketing tools. - Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Generate HR and time management reports as requested, support change management communications, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

You bring
- Graduation or post‑graduation degree, preferably in Human Resources, with a minimum requirement of a vocational degree in HR Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a Global Shared Services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors (EC Time/Kronos), and ticketing tool–based applications.
- Solid experience in time system administration, including reporting, data analysis, and audit support.
- Exceptional focus on detail, efficiency, and accuracy while handling sensitive employee and payroll-related data.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexibility, combined with strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
