Job Title: Lead Specialist GES H2R Learning

Location: Hyderabad, India

The GES HR PeopleNow Tier 1 Learning role provides first‑level operational support for Learning solutions within the global GES HR shared services model. The role focuses on resolving Learning‑related tickets that cannot be addressed at Tier 0, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, adherence to global standards, and timely resolution within agreed SLAs. This position also contributes to process optimization, system improvements, and release testing within the SuccessFactors Learning environment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Tier 1 Learning Support & Ticket Handling
    Provide operational support in the Learning domain by handling Tier 1 tickets, resolving incidents and work orders with accuracy, priority, and quality within agreed SLAs.
  • Learning System & Reporting Support
    Work on Learning‑related report requests and ensure correct system usage while maintaining required expertise in the SuccessFactors Learning area.
  • Process & Knowledge Management
    Ensure adherence to global standard processes, tools, and documentation; create and update QRCs, Q&A content, and work instructions for Tier 0 and Tier 1 support.
  • Problem Management & Continuous Improvement
    Analyze recurring incidents, investigate root causes, and propose process or system improvements to Tier 2, service line managers, and GSC managers.
  • Release Testing & UAT Support
    Support system releases by executing test scripts, participating in UATs in coordination with Tier 2, and validating Learning functionality.
  • Project & Training Support
    Contribute to Learning‑related projects by creating training materials and supporting the testing and implementation of new Learning content in coordination with e‑learning specialists.

You bring

  • Graduation or post‑graduation degree, preferably in Human Resources, with a minimum requirement of a vocational degree in HR Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a Global Shared Services environment.
  • Strong system knowledge of Talent Suite / SuccessFactors Learning with a high affinity for working on HR technology platforms.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Learning or HR operations.
  • Experience working in global and virtual team environments, supporting cross‑regional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexibility, combined with strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
