Lead Specialist GES Finance-Contractor

This role ensure effective and efficient execution of operational process in areas concerned.Serve BG(s) supported by specific system(s). Ensure service delivery of AR activities.Solve issues .Ensure meeting process KPIs as per agreed standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

Download bank statements daily according to the company system, timely and accurately handle daily AR application postings (including foreign currency and cross-border income).
Daily communication with CCS/CM team to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable/prepaid offset in SAP.Timely follow up intercompany receivables to ensure timely collection.
Responsible for the collection of BOE and factoring related business processing.Responsible for discount.Responsible for the entry of sales rebate.
Sales order and billing activities (including manual billing, VF04/VFX3, etc.).
Responsible for checking the accuracy of entries and completing bank reconciliation with SAP.Keep all documents, vouchers, bank keys and passwords safely and responsibly.
Ad hoc arranged by the line manager.

Your Bring

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/financial controlling or commerce
Good accounting knowledge
Knowledge of IFRS (preferred)
Good written and spoken English, CET 6 is a plus
