Job Title: Lead Specialist CX, Ingredients Perfumery & Beauty (1 year part-time contract)

Your key responsibilities

Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process
Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
Build an intimate relationship with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakehorlders
Provide regular reports, information to stakeholders
Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary
Manage daily escalations & issues
Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities

You bring

Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
2-5 years’ customer care related experience
You have an Advanced level of English. French is nice to have.
Absolute customer focus
Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
Knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus.
